Sakkarakatti --- The Musical

First of all let me clear you all guys that i dont know even a little bit of tamil...so i cannot understand lyrics of songs....this one’s just to give you an indication of how they are in general....So coming to album, frankly i dont know anything about star cast of sakkarakatti neither the director nor banner...i even didnt had the interest to know... i was just waiting for the audio to release....yes its ARR's....One more this year...its a festival for music lovers and fans...Jodhaa Akbar, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, ADA and now Sakkarakatti..So guys... Onnnn your music systems, pump up the sound....this one's going to rock the floor....First Comes

Taxi Taxi ---- Benny Dayal, Blaaze, Javed Ali, viviane ----- ***** I bet you will dance as soon as you start listening to this song....A peppy number with unusual and amazing beats....this one's already a rage in chennai...sooon will create magic all over..for me this one is Blaaze's best...he just elevates mood of song to another level....... “Rasi Rasi…nanban kidaithal ellam oasi Taxi Taxi..nanba nee oru ilavasa taxi”
On bike, at home or in office this one is all over me now….I was listening to this song today in my room and my grandfather was dancing to its tune in the hall J
That sums up this song………

Marudaani ---- Madhushree, ARR …… ****

After the rocking number comes this typical melody for madhushree by ARR ……The song starts off brilliantly and sets the mood throughout….
Madhushree has now become a regular for ARR’s melodies…..This one’s going to stay for long time…..

I Miss You Da --- Chinmayi, Indai Haza --- *****

Most seductive song in recent times …… You will wonder is it the same Chinmayi of Tere Bina ( GURU ) fame…..What a variation in her voice…..
Credit to Rahman to do this…..And the humming at the start its so…...Ok very eager to see how this song will be picturized on big screen

Chinnamma ---- Benny Dayal, Chinmayi --- ****

The “Meenaxi” hit song is back….ARR reuses his own song now….but I wonder he added some new sounds in this…..Now listen to Chinmay’s voice in this and compare it with previous song…..thats her range….Benny Dayal is simply superb…he is slowly replacing Karthik and is current hot pick for music directors……
No need to say much about this song..this is an already hit number……..

Elay ---- Krish ,Naresh Iyer --- ***1/2

Another pacy number…..But “Taxi” song dominated this one in this album and so me……..But anyways this will be popular once the movie releases…….

Naan Epoudhu ---- Reena Bharadwaj ---- ***1/2

Another one from Meenaxi….but I am hearing it here for first time…..this one may slowly grow on you as you keep on hearing

Overall, yet another chartbuster from the mozart…he just keeps going on and on and on…..
And I feel this one’s just enough for another filmfare for ARR down south next year unless yuvan, harris or GV strikes…….

So Rock On Guys….Until then bye from me……

Are you "READY"

Are you Ready for Genny the gorgeous
Are you Ready for Ram’s simple yet energetic performance
Are you Ready for Bemmi’s bonanza
Are you Ready for MS’s 5-minute terrific expression portrayal
Are you Ready for Sunil’s Dashhhhhhhhhhhhh
Are you Ready for rib tickling comedy

Lastly…….

Are you Ready for a nice complete family entertainer…

Sreenu Vaitla and his team give us another comedy entertainer for this season after “Dhee”
I went along with 15 of our team members and we had a rocking time in theatre…..
Unanimously its been liked by all of us having different tastes and opinions…..
Not only us……I could see most of people leaving the theatre in smiles….

It’s a Sure Shot Hit No doubt…and its not surprising to see not a single Negative review from any source on the web…..

So Guys….Get Ready to Watch Ready with friends and family….Especially this is a must watch if you want to see with family as very rarely these days we get movies to watch with entire family………..

See you Guys……….

JTYJN -- A Musical Journey

Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na …. A campus flick from Aamir Khan Production house directed by well known dialogue writer and lyricist Abbas T…..Its been on floors since two years and finally audio released last week….Starred by Imraan Khan( nephew of Aamir) and our Genelia J
but the reason for this mail is not because of the above people……..

Music is composed by none other than “IsaiPuyal” A R Rahman…....I hope all of you remember the magic created by Rahman for Premadesham few years back…it was a trend setter at that time….so lets see whats in store for us this time….

1) KABHI KABHI ADITI - Rashid Ali ●●●●●1/2

Just mark my words…..This one is going to rock the nation…..Infact its already rocking….Just heard from a friend that there’s already an orkut community for this song……Rashid Ali is new singer introduced by ARR…the ease with which he sings this is amazing…..it will be interesting to know how recording is done for this song……he sings so freely as if like “bathroom singing”…..Guitar at the start, key board and flute towards the end leaves you asking for more…..Extremely addictive and catchy song….I give 5.5 out of 5 for this run away hit……Extra for the pleasure it has given to me and my friends last few days…

2) Pappu cant dance Saaalaaaaa -- Blaze, Mohd. Aslam, Tanvi, Anupama Deshpande, Benny Dayal ●●●●

A peppy number……will be buzzing soon on every college party or outing…..Another instant hit…..
Interesting fact about this song is “Pappu” here refers to Salman Khan….Pappu is name of salman khan in movie “Andaz Apna Apna” in which aamir also acted…..if u carefully listen to the lyrics u can easily relate it with sallu…..dont know why Aamir is targeting the other Khans these days……..

3) Janne Tu Mera Kya hai --- Runa ●●●●

“jaana dil jaana kaise maine naa jaana
ke pyaar yahi he ye janne tu ya jaane naaa”

“jaane tu mera kya hein..... jaane tu mera kya tha
tu hi mera har pal tu hi har lamha tha”

A haunting melody from ARR……where does he pick these singers from? Runa Rizvi this time…..her husky voice for this haunting melody makes this
another chartbuster in this album…..

4) Nazrein Milaana Nazrein Churaana --- Swetha Bhargave, Naresh Iyer, Satish Chakravarthye etc ●●●1/2

Next on CD comes another peppy number……this may not kick you in the first try…but it grows on you slowly….there’s a sense of freshness in the sounds used all over this song……

5) Tu Bole Main Boloon -- A R Rahman ●●●●

Now this is what we call experimentation as….ARR goes into complete Jazz mode now after the spiritual rendition of “khwaja meri khwaja” …. I think a number like this is done for first time ever….

“Jaane tu…. Jaane tu ya jaane naaa”
“ Maane tu….Maaaaaane tu ya mane naaaa”

6) Kahin To Hogi Ho -- Rashid Ali, Vasundhara Das ●●●●●

Here comes another melody…..my personal favorite in this album……Rashid Ali comes back again…..
See how he goes to a high pitch and then comes back to normal…..A new sonu in the making J

7) Jaane Tu Meri Kya Hai -- Sukhwinder Singh ●●●●

Male version of the Runa song………easily the best of ARR-Sukhwinder combinations……
His rendition all through this song is just brilliant…….

8) Pappu Cant Dance – Remix -- Anupama Deshpande, Benny Dayal, Benny Dayal, Blaze, Tanvi etc ●●●●

Remix version of Pappu song….normally for dance numbers we like remix versions and this is no different...

ARR strikes again…..RDB(2006) GURU(2007) and this year already we had Jodhaa Akbar and now JTYJN and still we have some in pipeline…….
Music lovers cant ask for more….A complete musical journey this one……Grab a CD from nearest store and have fun………

This gonna ROCK………….

Bujjigaadu --- Emaindi raaaaa

Guys,

Ippude chusacchanu……This is the last big summer release this year…..Anduke review kudaaa koddiga variety ga chepudamu ani decide ayya……Normally a movie becomes hit if its accepted by a wide range of audience…..ante different different type of characters ki nacchali annamaaata……the mailing list above of you guys comprises of different characters with different tastes…..so mee andariki nacche points movie lo unte ika aa Cinema kekaa annamaata…..So we will see whether the film satisfies you people

So lets start… I will answer to the questions posed by you Guys……….

Vijay --- ( veediki anni undali cinemaloooo ) so his question will be like this in his language

Q : Orey nee ayya cinemalo anni unnayaa ledaaa I mean full entertainment undaa ledaaaa
A : First half is pacy enough and good…Second half lacks entertainment…Prabhas characterization is excellent and he is the only one who provides the sufficient entertainment………

Amar ---- ( veedu technically koddiga strong + English lo kudaaa J )
Q : Howz the story,screenplay and characterization dude ?
A : Film lacks in tight story and screenplay…..Especially in second half screenplay goes awry….Prabhas characterization is terrific…Infact he is the only one who takes the film on his shoulders….Mohanbabu’s is the worst…..His character is just wasted and unbearable….Others are just OK…….

Ajay ---- ( veediki heroines tappa evaru avasaram ledu )
Q : Basuuu Trishaaaa basuuuu…ela undi baasu
A : There’s nothing new in trisha…she looks and acts the same as she did in KRISHNA

Prabhu --- ( he is a good singer so concentrates more on music and songs )
Q : Sandeep Anna, Songs and Background Score ela undi
A : 4 songs are picturized well and Background score is just OK…nothing great about it

Bhanu --- ( veedu anni cinemalu baagane unnayi antadu ) so he doesn’t ask any question
He just says “Buggigadu is a Hit”

Veerraju --- ( veedi drushtilo Pavan Kalyan okkade heroooo )
Q : Babu JALSA Rocks Babu ante……..
A : ??????

Chandu --- ( veedu cinemalu edo force cheste chustadu )
Q : hey hero….film okkasari chudaccha ledaaaaa
A : Ya can be watched once for Prabhas………..

And lastly

Suman ---- ( veediki opika chaala takkuvaa )
Q : orey naaku vashapadatledu kaaani…..final ga emantavu cheppu
A : Prabhas is a surprise package…..he completely changed his dialogue modulation and is a treat to fans…..So Watch this flick for a new Prabhas.......

That’s it…Hope you had a fair idea on how the film is……..Its an average flick I can say…but may run well in B C Centres…..Prabhas is a revelation….And also for the first time in TFI a hero shows off his 6-pack on screen

Disclaimer : This mail is just for FUN….Not intended to hurt anyone

Ullasamga Utsaahamga --- The Musical

Ullasamga Utsaahamga …..Most of you might not heard about this movie J I too didn’t notice about this one much until I heard that music is composed by G V Prakash who is nephew of ARR and this is his first telugu film….And that’s enough for me to listen to the songs….So here goes my opinion track by track …………

Ullasamga -- Krish -- Anant Sriram ●●●●

Title track sung by a fairly new comer Krish….Song is full of energy apt for the title of movie….
Very soon this one will be buzzing over all the pubs…..

Dhannale Thalle -- Rahul Nambiar –-- Anant Sriram ●●●●1/2

Another one for the pubs…..Sung by Rahul Nambiar …this talented singer is slowly making inroads into TFI….he is now part of every other telugu album….this one is extremely hummable and refreshing…

3. Naa Prema – Karthik,Harini -- Anant Sriram ●●●●

Pure melody……flute in middle resembles the effect had in one of songs in SAKHI……karthik is superb at the end of song…………
I like these lines a lot ……

“Aaasha paduthu…Aaasha paduthu…alisipoyaneeeeeeee”
“Gnapakale kopaginchi vidichipoyayeeeeeeee”

Good work Anant

4. Lalipata -- V V Prasanna -- Anant Sriram ●●●

This is another version of above song with some sounds added and a new singer……Good

5. Priyatama -- Sonu Nigam, Rahul Nambiar -- Anant Sriram ●●●●

Combo song but sonu steals the show…..A very different melody and refreshing for telugu audience…………….

6. Mata Matiki – Synora,Rahul Nambiar,Karthik – Anant Sriram ●●

I didn’t enjoyed this song much…I didn’t listened it much also……….

Chakori – Vasundhara Das,Benny -- Anant Sriram ●●●●

Another hip hop techno number…….both benny and vasundara rocked in this album…….Another chartbuster to end this refreshing album…….

On the whole, I enjoyed this thoroughly….there’s certainly a RAHMANIAC feel in the album……………

KANTRI ---- The Film

Guys,

Here’s my take on an another big summer release this year “kaNTRi”…..Directed by Meher Ramesh – a long time assistant to Puri Jagannath and starred by the young star NTR….this film released with minimal publicity and hype……so here it goes in kaNTRi style……..

Introduction scene of NTR is good on cycle with dialogues aimed at fans…..First half is OK with puri style of shot making and dialogues……Dialogues given for NTR are short and effective……
Dance maatram kummesindu.. NTR proves he is the best when it comes to dancing in Telugu Film Industry….i know Allu Arjun fans will have something to say but I feel NTR is best…..he has got that grace and expressions which Allu doesn’t have…….Especially in “Vaisunami” song dance is excellent….Entire song fans ki panduga….other songs in first half are just ok…….so ala ala konni manchi fights konni manchi dialogues and konni manchi songs to first half finish ayipotadi……Fans feel happy and they hoped for a good second half also to make this film a big HIT………..

Kaani anni manam anukunnattu jaragavu kadaaaaa…….Second half is a big let down……Poor screenplay, improper characterization, lack of entertainment hits the film very badly…..Fans became completely quiet until the twist in the climax…but it was too late….it was already very boring and no one was in a mood to take any twists……

You can see shades of pokiri and athidhi all over…..even NTR tried to imitate Prince in some of scenes and also fights……There is absolutely NO comedy in film even thought it had all the comedians in industry…….cinemaloo comedy “comedy gaane undhi”….It also has almost all the villains in industry…..
The main drawback of film is improper characterization….all of the characters just come and go on the screen…..
Heroines are just avoidable…….Hansika looked fat beside slim NTR….and Tanisha vammoooo……

Overall it’s a disappointing routine fare….Fans and masses can enjoy first half but second half tests your patience……NTR once again gives a terrific performance when it comes to dances or fights or dialogue delivery……But sadly his performance alone could not save this film…….I think the director was very desperate to stuff all possible commercial and mass elements into the film but forgot to write a tight screenplay for the characters involved……….

So that’s it….. kaNTRi disappoints….I enjoyed Jalsa more than Parugu and Kantri….Jalsa still remains my favorite this summer………..

At last some of the dialogues by NTR which may interest you J

" Nenu cheppanu kadaa maa tatayya anta manchonni kaadani""Weight tagganu kaani Head-Weight taggaledu""Babu Babu ani dobbakura babu""EE field lo unna top position ki raavali...naaku evaru inspiration leru...naaku nenee inspiration""Clarity unte Kranti confusing ga unte Kantri"

Parugu --- The Film

Guys,

Watched the morning show at prasads....Parugu starred by Allu Arjun(AA) and directed by the talented Baskar……In Brief my take on this

The first line of the film is "shankar dada zindabad hu ha hu ha" at a marriage.....appude doubt vacchindi....after some time scenes in Arya samaj and Allu Arjun saying "Arya samaj lo enti chandalanga" confirmed the rumors that this is linked to Srija’s elope………

ok ika matter loki velte...first half is good...baskar did well in keeping the audience interested with good mix of comedy and content...”chal chal chalo” and “parugu” title songs are OK on screen but "Nammavemo gaani" song stands out...picturization of this song is good...overall ga first half ok anipinchindi...it depends on second half ani anipistadi.....
problem is with the second half....the conflict between dad, daughter and lover is tried and tested many times on screen...baskar need to present it freshly as he did in bommarillu but he fails this time....what we get is boredom and a sense of monotony...... Overall there are some bright moments in film like the humor sprinkled throughout the film with hero's friends and the drunk scene of prakashraj with AA....but those are not enough these days to woo the audience...

Basic problem with the plot is there is no freshness in story or presentation....coming to the performances...AA did a restrained acting performance throughout...AA is always associated with choreography and u get plenty of it in "Yelagelaga" and "nammavemo" song....heroine is just ok in terms of both glamour and performance....prakash raj as usual steals the show in some scenes... it seems he is the only father in industry who suffers problems due to his daughters or sons frequently.. To sum up its just an average flick…..Baskar needs to wait to prove that he is not a one-film wonder..........

Jalsa ---- The Film

Guys,

Just came from morning show of the most hyped film in recent times JALSA…..never before I have seen such a hype and craze for a movie…The expectations are high and why not…it’s a pavan kalyan starrer coming after a long time….directed by one of the rare talents that Telugu industry is lucky to have –Trivikram…and coming after a huge audio success…Songs were a smash hit all over....so what’s Jalsa upto…….

The start is terrific…..Mahesh’s voice over and pavan’s introduction with his height and weight is first ever on screen…..and this is used again quite cleverly just before the interval when Mahesh’s voice over comes again and says “ippativaraku veedi height and weight maatrame chusaru kaani ippudu veedi lothu chustaru”
that’s trivikram at his best…….

As expected trivikram carries off the film with his dialogues and you will notice it immediately as soon as the movie starts……. First half is pacy enough with three songs two fights plenty of comedy and trivikram style dialogues….The interval bang sets the tone for the second half…..Its a Jalsa First Half

Coming to the other half it starts off with the flashback....narration becomes a bit slow and monotonous initially but picks up very soon after the flashback…..And then the Trivikram dialogues take over the film again…A good mix of comedy and fights with good hero characterization and a brilliant climax marks the end of this Jalsa movie……

Pavan’s characterization is very good and he excels in that role very well…he looks extremely good “Kushi” style and displays his histrionics well in all kinds of scenes…..Illeana is the surprise package…..she is brilliant as the innocent “not so intelligent girl”…..and of course she is drop dead gorgeous especially in “My heart is beating” song…Sunil and Brahmanandam bring house to laughter every time they arrive on screen…….Mukesh rishi is brilliant as the villain….his role is refreshing after a long time….

Trivikram once again shows that he is brilliant in his writing…may be needs to tighten his screenplay a bit especially in second half (this happens in Athadu also)…..but nevertheless “he is on his way”….Photography is excellent……Choreography and background score are average………

It’s a dialogueJalsa all over the film…Cant stop to give you guys a sample…..

“chiranjeevi cinema ki first day ticket...naa chetilo rod chaala rare ga dorukutaayi....
dorikinappudu okate concentration… head rod… head rod…head rod”(First fight scene)

“neeku anni vunnayi ra...dabbu,,peru,,paruvu,,,kaani okkate ledu...adento telusa...bhayam....ponile adem pedda issue kaadu…neeku tonnula koddi bhayam nenu istaanu” ( with Mukesh rishi)”

“veedenti chikkipoyina chiranjeevi la unnadu”

“yuddham geluvatam ante odinchadam… champadam kaadu” ( pavan)

“manam malli smashanam ki vellali” (Pavan)

“vaadi meeda premato champadaaniki vachina vaadaythe sare..kaani saara ko, biryani ko vachinavadaythe bhaago bhaago” ( another fight scene)

“neeku girlfriends supply cheyadaaniki nenu ammayilani kannattu vundi” ( Prakashraj)

“yoga aithe naa daggaraki

“andanga vundatamante manaki nachinattu vundatam..eduti vallaki nachinattu kaadu” (pavan)

“aapamandhi nuvvu cheppedi vinataaniki kaadu nenu cheppedi vinamani

Bedurimpuku bhaasha avasaram ledu”
“nenu intha dangerous criminal aythe nuvvu nannu e
prashna adigevadiva..adigi intiki vellevadiva” (Mukesh rishi)

“ammayilante banjara hills jubileehills lo vundaddu everest lo vundaali” (pavan with illi)
“ee maatram brain tho pass avvali ante kotishvaralu ayyi vundaali” (pavan with illi)

“veedu park lanti vaadu oka vaaram chuste bore kodtundi......kaani vaadu adavi rojuko vinta

“nenu vere vaadini pelli cheskunnappudu nannu enduku cheskoledu ani batimiladaledu vaadu....enduku ani nenu adigithe nenu salesman kaadu nannu nenu ammukovadaaniki ani annadu” ( Kamalini)

“idigo ee veyyi teesko... maaku rendu full...veediki rendu prawns oka fish....anni ee veyyilo nena sir... avunu chillara nuvve vunchuko.....
chillara edira......meeru vunchukomannaru kada sir.....nenu vunchukomannanu adi naa' DAYA GUNAM' kaani lekka appa cheppatam nee 'SANSKAARAM” (pavan with brahmi)

“pelliki enduku vachavu ra.....bhojanalu baagunnayi ani bayata talk vaste......” (pavan with prakashraj)

“nurse ki naalugu velu icha ...watchman ki just veyyi kotta....mottam hospital e teesuku pomannaru” (pavan)

“bit odd ga pravartistundi....bit odd aaaa deenni picchi antaru”
“pelli cheste baaguntundantaara..........aa baaguntundandi....appudu vaaraniki meeru rendu saarlu teesukuravachu..inko rendu saarlu mee alludu teesukuravachu” (Dharmavarapu)

Ohhhh god its not ending guys……thats the power of his dialogues……

Ok guys all I can say it’s a timepass paisa vasool entertainer……just go and have JALSA……..

Jalsa --- The Musical

Jalsa stars Pavan Kalyan and Illeana under Trivikram and music is by the young talented Devisri Prasad (DSP). The combination is enough to raise expectations among us. It’s a comeback film for DSP as he was out of the fray for a long time….it was the Manisharma’s and chakri’s doing all the films recently….And the stage is set for his comeback…..As JALSA the title says it all…it should be a hip-hop techno and a rocking musical…..and DSP revels in them as seen from his previous releases….and the evergreen Sirivennela is always with him….So lets see how the music fares……

Jalsa - Baba Sehgal, Rita - Sirivennala ●●●●

Its Baba sehgal all the way…..his voice is different and refreshing for the public and that’s the masterstroke…..already it’s a big hit thanks to the pre internet release all over… typical DSP beats…highly hummable….its a chartbuster all the way…..and sirivennala’s lyrics need a mention here….
“he is a human tsunami….” J

My Heart is beating - KK – Sirivennala ●●●●1/2

A very addictive song beautifully sung by KK......especially at the end the way he extends “My heart is beating” gives a kick…. I was surprised Sirivennela giving lyrics to this album initially which is supposed to be hip hop and western…..but his versatility shows in every song….A sample here

"tea spoon kannu baruvu avutunde
full moon nannu udikistunde "

"cell phone nee kaburu testunte...
stein gun moginattu untunde"

"crompton fan gaali veestunte….
cyclone taaki nattu untunnnnnnnde"

Hahahahaaa very catchy and funny….its Jalsa all over this song

You and I - DSP – Sirivennala ●●●●

Typical Devisri song sung by himself….Again a catchy number….In short a Jalsa number again…..

“You and I lets go high and lets do Balle Balle “
“Life is like Saturday night lets do Balle Balle “

Chalore Chalore Chal - Ranjith – Sirivennala ●●●●

The song starts with an amazing tune and you hear the drums along with the tune throughout the song….Ranjith a regular in telugu films is good. It will be very interesting to see at which point in the film this song comes….bcoz going by the lyrics it sounds as a rebel song or naxal song……But whatever may be as far as the song goes its an another winner from DSP………

Jennifer Lopez - Benny,Priya - Rama Jogaiah sastry ●●●●1/2

The song starts normally but as it progresses and by the time it ends it becomes an extremely foot tapping and head swinging number.
The use of instruments throughout especially at the “pallavi” at the end is worth hearing many times……

Gallo Telinattunde - Tippu,Gopika Purnima---Bhaskarabatla ●●●●1/2

Next on the CD is this magnificently composed song….lyrics, rendition everything exemplary…….DSP proves again why he is so good at key board…..he just plays with it….Tippu gives another terrific performance after his chirutha chartbuster (“Yamaho Yama”)

Chalore Chalore Chal(Hin) - DSP - Raquib Alam ●●●●

This is a hindi version of the song sung by DSP and Raquib Alam who worked with ARR in few songs penned it. This version is better than the telugu one in terms of lyrics…….

The remixes at the end of album are again typical DSP remixes which we are used to…….

So here it is,

The music justifies the title JALSA…… It’s a Jalsa album all the way……. Although some may feel this album is repetitive esp the songs which DSP sung but at the end they are catchy and foot-tapping and a Jalsa for our senses…… DSP stages a terrific comeback and the album is already selling like hot cakes all over…….

So guys have Jalsa in life, go grab a Jalsa CD from stores….
The album simply rocks…….

Surprised with the colors used above…
Hope your life is filled with full of Jalsa and colors like above

Have a nice time…….

Jodhaa Akbar ---- The Film

Guys,

Here’s my view on the most anticipated film in recent times “JODHAA AKBAR”.
Cast and Crew of this film need no introduction. It’s the ultimate you can have for a period film. So let’s straight away go into the detail in brief J

JA is an excellently directed film. The length of film runs into around 3 hrs 20 min but at no point of time you will feel bored. In a period film made on such a grand scale with perfect casting and with so much detail taken into making of film, keeping the audience engaged all through the film is amazing. It’s an awesome writing by Ashutosh.

Hrithik steals the show with a terrific performance once again. His amazing Screen Presence leaves you spell bound. I watched the film on one of the World’s largest screens and still in every frame of his he makes us feel wowwww. Ash looked gorgeous and their chemistry sparkles on screen. The film is also basically about the chemistry between the two lead roles and it comes off well.

Music as said earlier is eternal. It just complements the movie. Ashutosh used Rahman’s music brilliantly and Rahman will sure feel proud after watching the movie. The way “Mann Mohana” song comes thru the first half is amazing. And the picturization of “Khwaja Mere Khwaja” and “Azeem –O-Shehenshaah” is never seen before in Indian Cinema. It doesn’t surprise you watching Akbar dance at the end of “Khwaja Mere Khwaja” song bcoz the song itself is so haunting that anyone just gets moved by it.

Background score needs a special mention as the genious himself said how much he spent his time in making it happen. Just listen to it when titles roll on screen at the start…….when battle of panipat happens…..during the sword fight between Jodhaa and Akbar……the way in which “Mann Mohana” and “Jashn-E-Bahaara” tunes are used……its stamp of the genious all over.

So guys watch this Magnum Opus as it’s a special film for Indian Viewers…we don’t get to watch such kind of films frequently…they come once in a while…and god what a film it turned out to be….so grand…so rich…so romantic….

Have a nice time guys

Now comes the big one from the genious himself……Declared as the No 1 song of the Album by Rahman fans……..Just listen to his deep haunting voice…mesmerizing……..And no doubt for me the best of the album………

In Lamhon ke Daaman Mein Sonu Nigam,Madhushree ●●●●●

This is a very different track you would have never heard before…….Surely one of the most difficult tracks Rahman composed……Sonu Nigam is sure to win many awards for this…..the way he changes from a high pitch to a low melody is awesome…….And Madhushree does a cameo again….

Mann Mohanaaa Bela Shinde ●●●●1/2

This is the song which grows on you slowly…….Her voice leaves a mark slowly on us…..

Jashn-E-Bahaara-Instrumental Flute : Navin ●●●●●

No words to say about this…..At night put lights off and listen to this instrumental and I am sure you will have no words tooooo……Cant understand how any one can do so much with a Flute……

Khwaja Mere Khwaja—Instrumental ●●●●●

We normally don’t find instrumentals on CD’s…….Its a treat for music lovers to have these…They just take you to another world……..

That’s it guys…….In one sentence I can say it’s a musical masterpiece…….
I am enjoying it thoroughly and I hope you tooo……….
Renditions, Orchestrations, Instrumentals, Lyrics…….you will find the best of all these in this album……Only Rahman can give such an album to an epic period film…..

As truly said by some one “We are so lucky to be living in the same era as Rahman and his music”

Music Emperor Rulesssssssss

JODHAA AKBAR

“My God, what a masterpiece, a true work of brilliant art, wonderful
magic, extraordinary brilliance, soulful passion, pure devotion…….”

“JA compositions are magical, spectacular, invigorating and above all a wholesome experience you rarely get in soundtracks these days. When you cannot pick a favorite you know the benchmark has been set consistently high. Indian music has just added another soundtrack to its eternal treasure.”

“We are so lucky to be living in the same era as Rahman and his music. In this soundtrack, like his very best ones, the pure divinity that is channeled through hismusic shines like the brilliant sun.”

“What can I say! This album is a Royal journey, a rich journey, a feel good journey. Its a musical experience you don't wanna miss! In which album will you find a Qawwali and a Bhajan and a romantic duet? In which album will you find Oud mixed with violins and cellos and Taikos mixed with trumpets? The music speaks the intricate and hard work Rahman has put into this album to make it a classic for generations to come! Hail Rahman! Hail for his Music! I feel on top of the World!”

“So the final verdict is that Jodhaa Akbar music is not a wannabeclassic, its gonnabe a classic.”

“Azeem-O-Shaan Shahenshah - Mohd. Aslam, Bonny Chakravarti - Excellent
Khwaja Mere Khwaja - A.R.Rahman - Awesome (masterpiece)
In Lamhon Ke Daaman Mein - Sonu Nigam, Madhushree - Outstanding
Jashn-E-Bahaara - Javed Ali - Mindblowing

What can i say more... It's out of this world!!! “
